BMW M-Club Singapore is one of the largest supercar membership clubs in Singapore dedicated to the owners of BMW M cars.
The Challenge
BMW M-Club needed a platform that would help them easily engage with members, manage events and efficiently communicate and update their membership base. Key challenges BMW faced included:

The Solution
Acromobile designed a single app customised mobile solution for BMW M-Club comprised of features from Acromobileâ„¢ Commerce and Acromobileâ„¢ Customer Service. Key functionalities include:
- Support register and log-in features
- Enable the payment of membership fee
- Disseminate information about upcoming events
- Manage web content including images
The Results
After the launch of the M-Club, the BMW M-Club has successfully achieved the following:
- Attracted more M series users to sign up for membership
- Increased membership retention
- Enabled all event registrations to be done through the platform
- Supported the entire renewals and payments processes through the platform
