Nikoi Island is a 15 hectare private island resort 8km off the east coast of Bintan, Indonesia. Voted as one of the World's best private-island resorts by Conde Nast Traveller, a barefoot luxury retreat like no other!

The Challenge
Nikoi Island needed a platform that would help them easily engage with their loyal client base, manage events and promotions, and create an intelligent client database and profiling system that would make returning guests feel right at home. Also required a convenient easy to use guest services and Point of Sales (POS) platform without the burden of heavy back office IT infrastructure and resources.
